Yoga in the Park for Children Ages 5 – 12

Join a small group for outdoor yoga in Waterfront Park! Children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises that increase strength and balance, cultivate mindfulness, and reduce stress.
Our certified instructor will wear a face shield, and children will wear masks and maintain social distancing. Please bring your own mat and yoga block (or a hardcover book).
