THE MISSION OF THE DOBBS FERRY PUBLIC LIBRARY IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND MATERIALS IN A VARIETY OF FORMATS AND TECHNOLOGIES, RELEVANT TO THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
